About the Role:

As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing high-quality skincare treatments in accordance with Groupe Clarins' standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service by carrying out professional treatments in accordance with Groupe Clarins' treatment guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Clarins' products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Focus on customer loyalty and retention by providing personalized skincare recommendations and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Create an engaging and inviting retail environment that showcases Clarins' brand story and products.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the treatment room and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

  • Possess a strong passion for skincare and beauty, with a deep understanding of skin types and concerns.
  • Be a confident and articulate communicator, able to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Be customer-focused and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Hold a relevant beauty therapy qualification, such as NVQ 2 & 3 or equivalent.
  • Have experience in a hands-on beauty or retail role, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
