Job Title: Senior Lash Artist/Beauty Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lash Artist/Beauty Therapist to join our team at Belle's Beauty Salon Ltd. As a Senior Lash Artist/Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional lash extension services to our clients, while also contributing to the growth and success of our salon.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality lash extension services to clients, including Classic, Volume, and Hybrid lash extensions.
  • Conduct consultations with clients to determine their lash extension needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of lash extension techniques and products.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest lash extension trends and techniques.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in lash extension services.
  • Qualifications in lash extension techniques and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
