About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Registered Nurse (Mental Health) to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality care to patients admitted to our Adult Inpatient Services.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing person-centered care to patients with mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement care plans that promote recovery and independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Assess and manage risk, using your knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1987 and Deprivation of Liberty safeguards.
- Contribute to service development and improvement initiatives.
