About the Role

This exciting opportunity is available at Oxford Innovation Space, a leading provider of flexible workspace and business support services across the UK. We are seeking an experienced Centre Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our innovation centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Assist in setting, monitoring, and developing building presentation standards, ensuring a clean, safe, and secure environment for our clients and staff.
  • Financial Management: Support financial management, including invoicing and debt management, and assist in budget planning and financial reporting.
  • Team Development: Assist with team management and recruitment, and coach the centre management team to ensure high customer service standards.
  • Sales and Marketing: Promote available space and generate revenue, identify additional revenue opportunities, and develop a community of entrepreneurs.
Requirements
  • Experience in operational running of a similar asset.
  • Management skills to lead a team in a service environment.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Personal Competencies: attention to detail, excellent administrative, communication, and organisational skills, self-motivated and proactive, client and customer service-focused, ability to work under pressure and multitask, team player and leader, IT literate.
What We Offer
  • Salary up to £30,000 per annum.
