Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Lunch Time Assistant at Educators Wales. As a key member of our school community, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our students during lunch breaks.

You will work closely with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive environment that promotes social skills, self-confidence, and mutual respect among students. Your excellent communication skills and ability to engage with children will enable you to build strong relationships with our students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students during lunch breaks
- Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviors and attitudes among students
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive school environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience working with children and young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
