We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced staff nurse to join our stroke team in the Western Isles. This role will be based in and cover the communities of Uist and Barra.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality stroke care to patients in the community
- Work closely with the stroke team to develop and implement stroke care policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of education and training programs for stroke care
- NMC Registered Adult Nurse
- Substantial post-registration experience in stroke care
- Education to degree level or relevant experience at band 5 level
