Job Title: Sales Manager - Composite Doors

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the composite door market. As a Sales Manager at Mitchell Maguire, you will have the opportunity to drive sales growth, develop new business relationships, and take ownership of your sales territory.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a comprehensive range of composite doors to trade customers across Southern England. You will work closely with our internal teams to achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve £1m turnover within a designated sales territory.
* Sell a comprehensive range of composite doors to trade customers, including window and door installers, fabricators, and contractors.
* Manage a portfolio of 300+ spending accounts, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective sales strategies.
* Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Requirements:

* Proven sales experience in the fenestration industry, preferably with a background in selling doors or windows.
* Strong understanding of the building products sector and its key players.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions.

Salary: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus a performance-related bonus.
