Regional Business Development Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a sales professional with a strong background in selling composite doors, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base across Southern England.
About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will have experience selling a comprehensive range of composite doors to the trade through window & door installers, fabricators, and contractors.
- You will also be responsible for managing and selling to showrooms and merchants.
- Achieving a target turnover of circa £1m is a key aspect of this role.
Requirements:
- You must have sold related products such as doors, windows, or fenestration.
- You must have experience selling to builder merchants and showrooms or installers, fabricators, and contractors.
What We Offer: A competitive salary of circa £50,000 - £60,000 negotiable + performance-related bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package including a VW Tiguan.
