Telecommunications Business Development Manager

Interaction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the South East England region. This role involves managing a portfolio of existing clients, generating new business leads, and driving sales of business phone lines to companies across the area.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a sales professional looking to grow their career in the Telecommunications sector. You will be responsible for visiting customers who are booked by our lead generation team, as well as generating your own appointments, to maximize sales opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing relationships with existing customers
- Account renewals and contract management
- Upselling additional services and solutions to meet customer needs
- Maximising sales opportunities to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Managing your own schedule and client visits across the region
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the Telecommunications sector, ideally with phone lines or related services
- A strong understanding of B2B sales and the ability to engage with business clients
- Proactive approach to lead generation and account management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, target-driven, and self-sufficient
- Full UK driving licence
What We Offer:
- Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum + Commission (OTE: £500 - £1,500 per month)
