Key Responsibilities:
  • Enable the organization to adopt new lean ways of working through the Catalent Operating System.
  • Facilitate, change manage, and lead the Global Lean Leader role.
  • Travel to Catalent's manufacturing sites globally to implement lean six sigma tools and techniques.
  • Work with sites to deliver improvement in People, Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery metrics.
  • Perform deep dives, specific analysis, and maturity assessments to support the improvement program.

This is a full-time, salaried position: Monday – Friday, 1st shift.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in Scientific, Engineering, or Business.
  • Black Belt Certified and/or significant lean training.
  • 10 years minimum, related work experience.
  • Pharmaceutical or Regulated industry experience, highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of DMAIC, PDC/SA, lean tools, and project management methods.
