We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Liberty Procurement Services (LPS) Corporate Strategy to play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of LPS in London, UK.

This position requires an individual with a strong eye for business, a detail-oriented approach, and exceptional communication abilities. The successful candidate will collaborate with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to develop and implement strategies that drive sustainable growth and differentiate LPS in the market.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leading successful corporate initiatives, with experience gained in strategic consulting or corporate strategy departments within the professional services market or in a blue-chip in-house procurement group. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, are essential for this role.

Key responsibilities will include:

Corporate Strategy: Developing and refining the LPS overall strategic plan, aligning it with business goals and objectives, and collaborating with the LPS management team and broader Liberty Global/LFS SMEs to define the strategic direction and identify growth opportunities.

Corporate Development: Identifying and evaluating partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities to drive LPS growth, working closely with broader Liberty Global and LFS M&A/corporate development teams to assess market feasibility, perform due diligence, and develop partnership/acquisition plan models.

Strategic Projects: Delivering LPS strategic projects, such as market feasibility, regulatory/compliance impact assessment, and operating model projects.

Market Analysis: Conducting comprehensive market research and analysis on the procurement-as-a-service market to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential risks, staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and other anticipated changes that may impact LPS strategy.

Competitive Analysis: Conducting competitive intelligence activities to monitor competitors' strategies, proposition offerings, pricing models, and market positioning, using this information to identify areas where LPS can differentiate and gain a competitive advantage.

Partner Management: Engaging with key partners, both internal and external, to communicate the LPS strategic vision and progress, solicit feedback, and build strong relationships to gain support for critical initiatives and ensure alignment with LPS business objectives.
