Job Title: B2B Strategic Sales Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced B2B Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong background in data tech, marketing, or advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement sales processes, working practices, and sales pipelines to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including senior management and C-suite executives.
  • Sell business solutions to senior management and C-suite executives across markets and industries.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and grow existing relationships.
  • Provide strategic account management to clients, ensuring exceptional levels of client care and experience.
  • Deliver results-driven sales performance, meeting and exceeding agreed service standards.
  • Attend client meetings, events, and networking opportunities to promote products and build relationships.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable success in B2B sales leadership, ideally within a similar environment (data tech, marketing, or advertising).
  • Proven experience in selling business solutions to senior management and C-suite executives, with a strong sales success record.
  • Expertise in complex, conceptual, and solution selling methods and practices.
  • Competent negotiator with strong closing skills and solid objection handling experience.
  • Ambitious, driven, and focused individual with high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to liaise at all levels.
  • Results-driven with a resilient and tenacious personality.
  • IT literate, including strong MS Office capabilities.
  • Ability to work in an office up to 4 days/week.
