Strategic Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Strategic Sales Director to join our team at Carousel Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing sales processes, working practices, and sales pipelines to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients
- Sell business solutions to senior management and C-suite executives across markets and industries
- Build and manage sales pipelines to acquire new business
- Provide strategic account management to clients
- Deliver exceptional levels of client care and experience
- Ensure all agreed service standards are met and exceeded
- Attend client meetings and events to network and promote products
- Maintain excellent product knowledge at all times
- Demonstrable success in B2B sales/business development, ideally within a similar environment (data tech, marketing, or advertising)
- Experience in selling business solutions to senior management and C-suite executives, with a proven sales success record
- Experience in complex, conceptual, and solution selling methods and practices
- Demonstrable expertise in establishing sales processes, working practices, and sales pipelines
- Competent negotiator with strong closing skills and solid objection handling experience
- Ambitious, driven, and focused with high energy and enthusiasm
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
- Proactive and dynamic nature
- Results-driven with a resilient and tenacious personality
- IT literate, including strong MS Office capabilities
- Ability to work in an office up to 4 days/week
