We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in a 80-bedded care home in Edinburgh, East Lothian.

Job Summary:
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to ensure high-quality clinical care in accordance with professional standards and regulations.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team and work closely with the home manager to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support services.
