About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Family Support Worker to join our team at an independent Family Assessment Centre. This role involves providing vital support to families in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Support families in their homes or in our residential centre
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver a high-quality, person-centred service
- Develop and deliver support plans tailored to individual family needs
- Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and external agencies
Requirements
- Experience working with vulnerable families or individuals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible approach to work, with ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
