We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care and Support Specialist to join our team at Cygnet Chaseways. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of our service users
- Provide guidance and encouragement to support independence and confidence-building
- Maintain accurate records of medical and welfare needs, reporting as required
- Safeguard and maintain a safe, clean environment for all service users
