Job Description

Apprenticeship Opportunity: We are offering a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship, where you will study towards a recognized qualification while gaining hands-on experience in a nursery setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside experienced colleagues to provide high-quality care and education to children from birth to 5 years old
  • Develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as child development, health and safety, and special educational needs
  • Contribute to creating a nurturing environment that encourages children to learn through play
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless care and education
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An English qualification GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or above (or Functional Skills Level 2)
  • A passion for working with young children and their families
  • Good relationship-building skills, including empathy, active listening, and trustworthiness
  • Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
