About the Role: Activities Programme Coordinator

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced Activities Programme Coordinator to join our team. As an Activities Programme Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering a wide range of activities that promote resident engagement and wellbeing.

This is a fantastic opportunity to use your creativity and organisational skills to develop innovative activities that cater to different interests and abilities. You'll work closely with our care team to ensure our residents enjoy an environment that's motivational and fulfilling.

We're looking for someone who's enthusiastic and empathetic, with excellent communication skills and experience of working with older adults. If you're passionate about helping others and enjoy a variety of tasks, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As an Activities Programme Coordinator, you'll have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives. You'll work closely with our care team to develop engaging activities that cater to different interests and abilities. This might include arts and crafts, music sessions, or simply spending time with residents and listening to their stories.

In return for your dedication, you'll receive a competitive salary of £22,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including free training and development, access to wellbeing and support tools, and retail discounts.
