About the Role

As a Senior Activity Facilitator in our care home setting, you will play a key part in creating a stimulating and enjoyable environment for our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, deliver, and evaluate a range of activities designed to meet the diverse needs and preferences of our service users.

With a strong focus on promoting independence, choice, and dignity, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

The estimated salary for this position is £11.94 per hour, reflecting the importance we place on compensating our staff fairly for their hard work and dedication.
