We are a dedicated team of professionals committed to providing high-quality care services. At Bletchley House, we offer a range of care options for individuals over 18 in a quiet residential area.
The Role:
- To build trust with our residents and support them in achieving their goals.
- To deliver exceptional care to all residents, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
- To maintain open communication channels with our Manager, Senior Care Assistants, Chef, and relatives.
- To record important information accurately and maintain client confidentiality at all times.
- To plan engaging activities and remain aware of health and safety requirements.
- To coordinate the activities program and create a monthly planner.
- To encourage resident participation in activities and document outcomes.
- To work collaboratively with the team to provide necessary backup for all staff.
