Business Director Role at Brave Bison

Brave Bison, a leading digital media, marketing, and technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Business Director to drive excellence in strategy, growth, and client management.

This key role will focus on leading our tier one client relationships, finding new opportunities to elevate our partnership, and driving incremental value. You will also lead on wider new business, working alongside our channel performance directors, strategy director, and growth director.

As a Business Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering sustainable growth across your clients
  • Setting clear goals linked to broader business objectives as part of the client strategy
  • Building strong, influential senior client relationships
  • Leading or overseeing focused and productive client meetings with clear outcomes
  • Developing proactive ideas and initiatives considering the wider Brave Bison group
  • Delivering on client growth targets as set out in the key account plan (KAP)
  • Managing client commercial relationships, including accurate and timely forecasting and billing

You will be an excellent storyteller, curious in your approach, ambitious, and results-driven. Reporting to a Client Partner, your role will focus on three key areas: Client Growth, Team Management, and New Business Growth.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 months' knowledge of online marketing channels, particularly Paid Media & SEO
  • Highly motivated, undaunted by rewarding hard work, and passionate about digital
  • Good knowledge of analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Able to work to deadlines and prioritize and manage time across multiple workstreams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
