Role Overview

This is a dynamic and supportive role within the All Age Disability Service at Kirklees Council. As a Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with individuals, families, and carers to provide holistic support and enable people to live fulfilling lives.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, working closely with healthcare providers, education services, and other professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless service delivery.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A competitive salary of £**£35,246-£42,714** per annum (dependent on experience) reflects the importance of this position in supporting vulnerable adults and children.

About the Team

The All Age Disability Service comprises several teams, including the Community Learning Disabilities Team and the Specialist Adult Pathway Team. Our staff are passionate about delivering high-quality support and empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their care.
