About the Role
A private equity-backed business in the Coventry area is seeking a Part-Time Sales Ledger Assistant for a reconciliations project. As a Sales Ledger Assistant, you will support with the reconciliation of aged debt and analyze the cash flow of this department.

This role involves reconciling outstanding invoices, investigating incorrect debt amounts, liaising with different departments, preparing cash flow reports, resolving finance queries, raising credit notes, and completing ad-hoc reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with reconciliation work, ideally 6-12 months minimum, and strong attention to detail and diligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Reconcile outstanding invoices.
  2. Investigate incorrect debt amounts.
  3. Liaise with different departments.
  4. Prepare cash flow reports.
  5. Resolve finance queries.
  6. Raise credit notes.
  7. Complete ad-hoc reconciliations.
