Pertemps Scotland is a leading recruitment agency looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Kilmarnock. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, be driven and confident, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries
  • Create strong relationships with customers and navigate relevant systems to update customer information
  • Work to achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility of working from home 2 days a week and in the office 3 days a week after an initial 3-month period. The successful candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts.

Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays
