Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating brand awareness and driving sales of high-end exterior lighting products through the delivery of CPD seminars, lunch & learn sessions, and business development activity with consultants. The ideal candidate will have a track record of business development in exterior lighting products, experience working with consultants and architects, and the confidence to deliver CPD presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to increase sales of high-end exterior lighting products
  • Deliver CPD seminars and lunch & learn sessions to consultants and architects
  • Build relationships with consultants and architects to generate specifications and drive sales
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business development strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development in exterior lighting products
  • Experience working with consultants and architects
  • Confidence to deliver CPD presentations
  • Professional and tenacious approach
  • Full and clean driving license

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary of £60,000 - £70,000 DOE
