Job Summary:

Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our Doncaster Adult Liaison Psychiatry Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the development and future direction of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical support and advice to team members, ensuring high-quality care and effective risk management.
  • Develop and deliver mental health training sessions to all areas of Doncaster Royal Infirmary and Mexborough Montague Hospital.
  • Lead and present complex, sensitive, and challenging clinical and professional communication processes.
  • Chair and facilitate complex case reviews, best interest meetings, and MDTs involving other agencies and professional forums.
  • Supervise clinicians in the team, overseeing caseload management, ensuring quality of interventions, timely responses, and regular communication with the MDT.
  • Provide a modelling role to all staff, ensuring standards of care are met.
  • Support the team manager in delivering training and education to the acute hospital.
