Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust. This role will involve leading the development and future direction of our Doncaster Adult Liaison Psychiatry Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult psychiatric liaison care and be able to provide expert clinical support and advice to team members.

Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex, sensitive, and challenging clinical and professional communication processes. They will also be required to chair and facilitate complex case reviews, best interest meetings, and MDTs involving other agencies and organisational forums. Additionally, they will provide specialist advice to MDT colleagues regarding the care and treatment of service users, supervise clinicians in the team, and oversee caseload management.
