We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Detail 2 Recruitment. As a key member of our hospitality operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in leading the team, driving sales, and delivering excellent guest experience.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a vibrant and self-driven individual with previous experience in hospitality, leisure, or retail. You will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the site, and will be expected to be resilient, adaptable, compassionate, and passionate in approach. A positive attitude and a real passion for people are essential for this role.
