Business Development Manager for Service Solutions

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for our Service Solutions team to shape the way we serve customers in the North American healthcare market.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Support the development of marketing and sales enablement programs in partnership with Business Marketing Managers;
  • Provide centralized management of internal and customer-facing collateral, training, contact lists, etc. via Seismic;
  • Improve utilization of Sales Enablement Platform through obtaining a deep understanding of the needs of supported sales teams;
  • Partner with experts to provide ongoing training and support in service of greater utilization of Seismic.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business; MBA a plus;
  • 3+ years of experience marketing technology, healthcare, or medical technology products and solutions;
  • Tech-savvy, strong understanding of and experience with Salesforce and sales enablement platforms such as Seismic;
  • Ability to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

**Compensation:** The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
