About the Role:

Sabre is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Privacy Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our global privacy policies, procedures, and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global privacy policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Conduct annual assessments of our global privacy program and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage our OneTrust Privacy Management Platform and provide training to teams.
  • Develop and deliver enterprise-wide and role-based privacy trainings.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of our Data Subject Rights program.
  • Maintain records of processing activities and data processing inventory.
  • Engage with legal and business teams to ensure privacy considerations are integrated into project planning and operations.
  • Provide privacy guidance and requirements to business teams for third-party vendor onboarding and offboarding.
  • Manage and maintain privacy metrics reporting.
  • Manage our external-facing Contact Privacy inbox.

Qualifications and Education:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of information security and data protection.
  • One or more IAPP certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, CIPT) preferred.
  • OneTrust experience, knowledge, and certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with US, EU, and other global privacy laws and regulations.
  • Experience supporting privacy and consent management, individual rights, compliance processes, policies, reporting, and controls.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and articulate strategy for process improvement.
  • Works effectively as a team member.
