Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Operations Associate to join our Global Revenue Operations Team at Publicis Sapient International. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving accurate revenue recognition and ensuring compliance with Corporate Policies and IFRS 15.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Client Finance and Business Operations Teams to analyze and resolve revenue-related issues, ensuring accuracy and completeness of revenue through our month-end close process.
  • Develop and maintain reconciliations relating to revenue-related accounts, and create manual revenue calculations as needed.
  • Work closely with the General Ledger Controllership Team to understand the impact of our processes on our financial statements, creating and analyzing monthly reporting, including fluctuation analyses on revenue and balance sheet accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation and support for internal reviews and external audits, ensuring compliance with Corporate Policies and IFRS.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 3 years of related work experience in either a revenue accounting role or general accounting role.
  • Ability to research and resolve basic to complex revenue-related accounting issues, including practical application of IFRS 15.
  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate and work well in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP or other revenue recognition software.
  • Exposure to current or previous revenue recognition guidance (including IFRS 15, ASC 606, IAS 11, IAS 18, SAB 104, or SOP 81-1, among others).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines, can multi-task, and be well organized.
