We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Administrator to join our team at ABL Health Ltd. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide vital support to our Your Health Oldham Service (Health improvement and weight management service) ensuring the smooth running of the office and the administration of programs.

You will work closely with our Single Point of Access Team to meet targets and deadlines set by the SPOA lead. Your duties will include providing a range of administration tasks such as patient and health professional letters, patient database updates, appointment bookings, taking telephone queries, and liaising with health professionals and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Your Health Oldham Service
  • Work with the Single Point of Access Team to ensure smooth office operations and program administration
  • Perform a range of administration tasks including patient and health professional letters, patient database updates, appointment bookings, and telephone queries
  • Liaise with health professionals and colleagues

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in a reception/administration role
  • GCSE Level in Maths and English or equivalent
  • NVQ 2 level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification or significant equivalent previous proven experience

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • RSA Typing ll or above
  • NVQ 3 level in a relevant subject

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
