Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

About the Role:
This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide world-class customer service, manage front desk administration, and support our operations team in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm and welcoming environment for our patients
• Book, schedule, allocate, and take payments for active practice members
• Liaise with patients via phone, in-person, and manage queries and questions
• Ensure all front desk administration is up-to-date
• Adhere to and continually improve our Quality Management Systems and processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Confidence and a positive outlook on life
• Excellent English language skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Administration, organization skills, and a high attention to detail
• Honest, loyal, and trustworthy character who is flexible, professional, a team player, and committed to holding high standards
• Punctual, reliable, and exceptional customer service
• Good IT computer skills – Microsoft Office, Patient Management System
• Systems thinking and proactive approach to seeking out and creating systems-centred solutions
