Administrative Support Officer for Accident

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a range of secretarial and office duties, including RSA III typing or equivalent qualifications. You will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provide administrative support to Accident & Emergency Consultants, including managing diaries, arranging meetings and preparing correspondence.
- Ensure the effective management of paperwork and electronic records, maintaining confidentiality and security as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, patients and visitors, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, using Microsoft Office applications as required.
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
