Job Title: Learning Support Specialist

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and skilled Learning Support Specialist to join their team in Oldham. As a Learning Support Specialist, you will work closely with teachers and students to provide targeted support and promote academic success.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with special needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and assess student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and teachers.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working in a similar role, supporting students with special needs in a primary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and educational strategies.

Salary and Benefits:

  • The salary for this role is approximately £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
