Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Services Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in global and local People Services projects and initiatives, as well as ensuring local new hire, on-boarding and off-boarding administration processes are undertaken efficiently and reported correctly to external partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll experience in a fast-paced confidential environment and excellent inductive reasoning, planning and organisational capabilities. Experience working within a 'shared service' organisation is also beneficial.

Main Responsibilities
  • Participate in global and local People Services projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure local new hire, on-boarding and off-boarding administration processes are undertaken efficiently and reported correctly to external partners.
  • Act as first point of contact in the people function to provide confidential local support to employees and managers.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary range of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum.
  • A flexible hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
  • Occasional travel may be required to Sweden HQ.
