We are seeking an experienced Clinical Workforce Development Manager to join our Faculty of Healthcare, Childcare and Public Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the clinical curriculum at all levels in the faculty, with a focus on Higher Technical Education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the clinical curriculum at all levels in the faculty, with a focus on Higher Technical Education.
  • Liaise with NHS and healthcare partners to ensure full collaboration and manage the work of a team of dedicated placement officers.
  • Work closely with the Head and Deputy Head of Faculty to contribute to the wider faculty agenda.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the clinical workforce development through education.
  • Collaborate with the Faculty Management Group to share best practice and drive excellence.

Requirements

  • Significant experience of working in Healthcare.
  • Registered Nurse or Midwife qualification.
  • Recognised teaching qualification for the Further Education and Skills sector.
