Exeter College is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Workforce Development Manager to join its thriving Faculty of Healthcare, Childcare and Public Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the clinical curriculum at all levels, with a particular emphasis on Higher Technical Education. This includes the FdSc Assistant Practitioner programme and the upcoming Nursing Associate programme. The role will also involve liaising with NHS and healthcare partners to ensure full collaboration and managing a team of dedicated placement officers.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of working in Healthcare and be a Registered Nurse or Midwife. They will also hold a recognised teaching qualification for the Further Education and Skills sector. As a member of the Faculty Management Group, the successful candidate will contribute to the wider faculty agenda and work closely with the Head and Deputy Head of Faculty.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Significant experience of working in Healthcare.
