About the Role- Driving Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy in the accounts payable function.
- Ensuring Compliance and Control: Uphold company policies and conduct audits to mitigate risks and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Inspiring Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts payable team, creating a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
You will need to have a deep understanding of accounting principles and processes, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and influencing skills are also essential to work effectively with teams, vendors, and senior management.
