As a key member of our team at Accomplish Today, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing our large corporate accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in account management, working with a dynamic and supportive team.
**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and identify potential sales opportunities
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing and resolving queries in a prompt and professional manner
* Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities
* Maintain accurate records of existing accounts, including account and consultant profile information
* Identify key stakeholders and develop strategies to engage with them
* Support the team with consultant legislation and training where necessary
* Attend face-to-face agency visits and hospitality events as required
**Requirements**

* Minimum two years' experience in sales or account management
* Effective written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal support
* Experience collaborating with others
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work with and maximize usage of internal systems and Sales CRM system
