Business Development Specialist

At Accomplish Today, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This hybrid role will split between Internal Client Relationship Management and New Business, offering a unique opportunity for growth and development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by building and nurturing relationships with recruitment agencies and contractors, generating referrals, and advising and assisting customers with starter packs and the joining portal online.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of achieving sales KPIs in a B2B/B2C sales environment, with basic Word, Outlook, and Excel skills. A minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) is also required.
