We are actively seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join our Consumer & Local Commercial team at A-Plan. Our local Commercial team has experienced rapid growth over the last 14 years, and we now have over 200 people within the team across the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to MDs/CEOs of large organisations. They will work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives and drive business growth through various channels such as marketing, community engagement, networking, client meetings, and more.

About You:

  • You will have experience winning new business and building lasting relationships with B2B clients.
  • A passion for developing business through various means is essential, as this will enable you to identify and explore new opportunities to drive the best possible outcome for our clients.
  • Being tenacious and having a business curiosity is crucial in identifying and exploring new business opportunities.
  • You are willing to learn and adapt, as every day will be different in this role.
  • You possess excellent consultative skills, including effective questioning and active listening, allowing you to understand client requirements and advise on products and solutions.
