Drive Business Growth with Accomplish Today

Focused on delivering exceptional results, Accomplish Today is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with recruitment agencies and contractors, generating referrals, and driving business growth.

The Role:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and recruitment agencies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and contractors

The Person:

  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new products and industry trends
  • Resilience and ability to cope with rejection and setbacks

Requirements:

  • Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a B2B/B2C sales environment with a track record of achieving sales KPIs
  • Basic Word, Outlook, and Excel skills
