About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines using Azure Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver efficient data solutions.

Your primary focus will be on designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and transformation in Azure. You will also work closely with data scientists and analysts to understand their needs and create effective data workflows.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize Azure Data Factory or comparable technologies to create and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing data validation and cleansing procedures to ensure the quality, integrity, and dependability of the data.

You will also play a crucial role in improving the scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of data pipelines. Furthermore, you will monitor and resolve data pipeline problems to guarantee consistency and availability of the data.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines using Azure Services.
  • Expert-level understanding of Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, and Azure App Service.
  • Experience in designing and building data pipelines using API ingestion and streaming ingestion methods.
  • Knowledge of DevOps processes (including CI/CD) and Infrastructure as Code.
