Accounts Coordinator

A key role within Agility Resoucing, our Accounts Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data. As a skilled administrator, you will have experience in finance and be proficient in processing customer sales orders and invoices. Your strong organisational skills will enable you to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of deadlines.
The ideal candidate will possess self-motivation, high levels of organisational ability, and excellent teamwork skills. You will work closely with the management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience. In addition to your basic salary, you will receive a comprehensive health and wellbeing scheme, a company pension, and the option to work from home 2 days a week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Match purchase orders and post invoices.
- Process customer sales orders and invoices.
- Prepare and load the supplier payment run.
- Process payment of data and invoicing data sales.
- Coordinate data collection figures.
- Control petty cash and maintain various accounts.
- Assist with monthly stock take reconciliation and year-end reporting.
