Financial Transaction Coordinator

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging role in financial administration? This position as a Financial Transaction Coordinator at Austin Fraser involves assisting with day-to-day financial transactions, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciling accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Process purchase orders, credit notes, and sales returns.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor and process employee expense claims.
- Assist in maintaining accurate general ledger entries.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts administration or bookkeeping.
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and tax regulations is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (depending on experience) + £1,200 annual attendance bonus.
