Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a leadership development strategy to enhance organisational capability.
  • Support workforce planning processes by identifying skills gaps and developing career pathways for core professions.
  • Design and deliver training content aligned with our approach to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
  • Talent management and development.

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience. The FRC promotes high standards of corporate governance and reporting, operating independent enforcement arrangements for accountants and actuaries.
