FMCG Account Manager Lead

We are looking for an experienced FMCG Account Manager to join our team at Allexo Search. This dynamic role involves driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key retailers.
Responsibilities:- Sales Growth & Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Retail Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Territory Management: Optimize coverage within your assigned territories, planning effectively to capitalize on high-impact opportunities.
- Product Knowledge & Promotion: Develop and execute product promotions to enhance visibility and drive sales.
- Pricing & Negotiation: Balance competitive pricing strategies with market dynamics to secure mutually beneficial agreements and achieve profitability.
- Sales Forecasting & Planning: Set ambitious but achievable sales projections and action plans, backed by rigorous analysis of sales data and market trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, aligning sales efforts with broader business objectives and providing valuable insights to inform strategy.
The ideal candidate will have proven success in sales roles within FMCG, ideally with experience in High Street retail or Discounters. Exceptional relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach are essential.

Estimated Salary:£55,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
