Title: Commercial Leader for Retail Accounts
Location: Northern Home Counties (Hybrid)
Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum + Benefits
Our client is a global leader in technology solutions, working with major FMCG brands and retailers across the world to create new and innovative ways to drive consumer sales instore. They work with products which are front and centre in the retail space and solve their client's needs in a fast changing and challenging retail landscape.
This role will be responsible for creating and executing a forward-thinking commercial strategy. The successful candidate will establish a clear vision and value proposition to remain a clear market leader with several of the major grocery retailers, allowing your team to provide maximum value to customers and achieve commercial success.
Key responsibilities include managing and motivating a high-performing sales team, leading by example, building strategic partnerships with key customers in the retail industry, and delivering high-touch, large scale solutions for retail customers.
We are looking for a proven sales professional with in-depth knowledge, insight and networks in the retail industry. Experience of managing sales professionals to achieve results and operating as an individual contributor are essential.
This role offers a unique opportunity to partner with the leading retailers and FMCG brands across the UK, working on creative solutions in the quickly evolving, consumer facing, retail environment. You will have significant responsibility and visibility in the UK business and the chance to manage a sales team.
