You'll work closely with the Projects Director to ensure all new builds and objectives are met, and our projects are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner. This will involve supporting with the end-to-end service delivery of all project work, including main fit-outs, small to large refurbishments, managing the delivery and installation of third-party suppliers, and budgeting and ordering of supplies.



This is an exciting role that will involve travelling across the UK and Europe, delivering a cutting-edge product. You will work with the Projects Director to establish the overall success criteria for the project, and maintain schedules of activity and update the master project plan. You will also follow KPIs to improve project performance, attend meetings to support the flow of project information between the team and senior team, and work with third-party contractors, other consultants, and managing stakeholders at all project stages.



You will have a strong awareness and understanding of Health & Safety and Environmental issues and risks, and ensure key information and data are effectively cascaded and appropriately retained. You will be competent in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have at least two years post-graduate experience with a Project Management role in the construction industry.



This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays when required, and hotel overnight stays as required to meet the needs of the business. Some European/International travel is also required. You will be based in the field and will have multiple platforms for communicating with HQ Support and site teams.
